IT intervention performed for Edelklasse, which involved protecting and transferring existing data before reinstalling the operating system, followed by restoring the files onto the PC after the Windows installation was completed.

💾 Data transfer before reinstallation
Before the intervention on the operating system, the existing data on the PC was temporarily transferred to a laptop provided for the operation.
