iTechServiceTM

Privacy policy

This policy explains how iTechServiceTM processes personal data provided through the website, forms, service requests, communications and the technical functions used for the operation and security of the platform.

01

Who is the data controller

For data transmitted through this site, the controller is Bera Nicu-Aurel, a private professional operating under the commercial name iTechServiceTM.

iTechServiceTM provides IT services in Timisoara and Timis County, including home or on-site interventions, as well as Web services, SEO, applications, consultancy and online promotion for clients in Romania and abroad.

Important: this policy applies to data processed via the iTechServiceTM website. When you access external services or platforms, including Google or WhatsApp, the respective operators' privacy policies may apply separately.

02

What personal data we may collect

The data collected depends on the requested service, the way you choose to contact us and the website functions you use.

Identification data

First and last name, when provided in forms or communications with iTechServiceTM.

Contact data

Phone number, email address and other contact details voluntarily submitted for communication regarding the request.

Request data

Details about the requested service, technical issue, Web project, equipment, system or requirements communicated by the client.

Technical data

Technical information necessary for the operation, security and analysis of the website, within the limits described in this policy.

03

Contact, quote and booking forms

When you submit a request through a website form, we may process the entered data to understand the requirement and to be able to respond to the request.

Depending on the form and the requested service, we may request your name, phone number, email address, address or location required for travel and details about the problem or project for which you are asking for help.

  • responding to the submitted request;
  • analysing the problem or requirements;
  • preparing an estimate or quote;
  • scheduling an intervention;
  • communicating information necessary for the execution of the service;
  • provision and documentation of the requested service.

Submitting a form does not automatically mean acceptance of a job or the conclusion of a contract. Service details and, where applicable, cost and scheduling are confirmed separately.

04

The “Recommend & Earn” Programme

If you use the referral programme form, your data and the referred person's data may be processed, within the limits of the information entered in the form.

These may include full name, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, the requested service and additional details.

The person submitting the referral confirms via the form that the referred person has given their consent for the transmission of their data and to be contacted regarding the requested service.

Do not transmit another person's data without a legal basis or without the necessary consent. The referral programme explicitly displays this requirement in the form.

05

Live chat and direct communications

If you use the live chat feature, transmitted messages and technical information strictly necessary for the operation of the conversation may be processed in order to respond to your request and for the continuity of the discussion.

For the protection of your data, do not transmit via chat passwords, bank details, authentication codes or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.

Communication may also take place via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, depending on the channel chosen by the user.

06

Technical analysis and traffic

The website uses its own technical analysis system to measure the operation and usage of the pages.

Within this system, pseudonimised identifiers via hash, the accessed page, the traffic source, the device type, the browser, the language and interaction timestamps may be processed.

  • the IP address and user-agent are not kept in plain text;
  • URL query parameters are not stored;
  • technical traffic data is kept for a maximum of 30 days;
  • in the current configuration, the browser's Do Not Track signal does not automatically stop measurement by our own system;
  • authenticated administrators' sessions may be included in the measurement.

This data is used for diagnosing technical problems, understanding website usage and improving its operation.

07

Cookies and privacy preferences

The website uses cookies and similar technologies depending on technical needs and the preferences selected by the user.

Necessary

Cookies necessary for the correct operation, security and provision of basic website functions.

Preferences

Cookies used to remember certain user preferences and settings.

Statistics

Cookies or technologies used for measuring and analysing the use of the site.

Marketing

Technologies used for advertising, remarketing or campaign measurement, only to the extent that such technologies are enabled and the necessary consent is granted.

Cookie preferences can be modified subsequently from the preference mechanism available on the site.

08

Google and external services

Separately from our own system, the site integrates the external Histats service for statistics and traffic counting. Loading Histats resources sends requests to this provider's servers, which may receive your IP address and technical information about your browser and the accessed page. The pseudonimisation rules and the 30-day period described above apply exclusively to our own system, not to Histats processing or infrastructure provider logs. For details on the processing carried out by Histats, please consult the provider's privacy policy.

The site may use features or services provided by third parties, including Google services, for features such as reviews, external content or other functionalities available on the site.

The reviews section may display public information originating from Google Business Profile. The button for publishing a review opens the official Google form.

When you interact directly with an external service, data processing may be subject to that provider's privacy policy and terms.

09

Data is processed only to the extent necessary for legitimate and determined purposes, including:

  • responding to user requests;
  • providing offers and information about services;
  • scheduling and performing interventions;
  • providing IT and Web services;

10

Legal basis for processing

  • taking steps requested prior to entering into a contract;
  • performing a contract or providing the requested service;
  • fulfilling a legal obligation;
  • the controller's legitimate interest, within the limits permitted by applicable legislation;
  • the user's consent, when required.
11

Data may be accessed or processed by technical providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the services used by iTechServiceTM.

Depending on the functionality used, these may include providers of:

  • hosting and technical infrastructure;
  • e-mail and communication services;
  • security and maintenance services;
  • technical analysis services;
  • external services integrated into the site.

Data is not sold as a database to third parties.

12

How long we keep data

The retention period depends on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected.

  • technical traffic data analyzed through our own system is kept for a maximum of 30 days;
  • data submitted via forms is kept for as long as necessary to resolve the request and, where applicable, to perform the service or fulfill legal obligations;
  • data associated with a contractual relationship may be kept for as long as necessary for its performance and documentation and for the periods required by law;
  • certain data may be kept longer when there is a legal obligation or it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right.
13

Your rights regarding personal data

Under the conditions provided by applicable law, you may have the following rights:

  • the right of access to personal data;
  • the right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data;
  • the right to erasure of data, when the legal conditions are met;
  • the right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to object to certain processing;
  • the right to data portability, when applicable;
  • the right to withdraw consent when processing is based on consent;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

The exercise of a right does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent or before the request of the right, as the case may be.

14

How you can request access, modification or deletion of data

To exercise your rights regarding personal data, you can send a request to iTechServiceTM using the contact details at the end of this policy.

To protect the data of the data subject, identity verification may be necessary before resolving the request.

Requests are analyzed and resolved within the deadlines provided by applicable law.

15

Data security

iTechServiceTM applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorised destruction.

However, no internet transmission and no computer system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

Recommendation: do not transmit passwords, card details, authentication codes or other sensitive information through forms, e-mail or chat that are not necessary for the provision of the service.

16

Data transfers to third parties or outside the European Economic Area

Some technical services used by the site may involve providers located in other jurisdictions or the use of infrastructures located outside the European Economic Area.

When such a transfer is applicable, it must be carried out in accordance with data protection legislation requirements and with transfer mechanisms recognised by applicable law.

17

Children and minors

iTechServiceTM services are not specifically intended for children. We do not intentionally request personal data from minors for purposes that are not necessary for the provision of the services.

If a parent or legal representative considers that a minor has transmitted personal data without an appropriate legal basis, they can contact iTechServiceTM to review the situation.

18

Modification of the privacy policy

This policy may be updated when the services, site functionalities, technical providers, legal requirements or the way data is processed change.

The version published on this page represents the version applicable at the time of consultation, except where legislation requires otherwise.

We recommend checking this page periodically.
