What we establish before the audit

We confirm the distinct pages or screens, flows, devices and necessary access. A combined package covers the same set of pages for UX and UI; limits are not doubled.

The final price is set according to the project's requirements, preferences and complexity and is confirmed before work begins. The audit is available online throughout Romania and abroad. The deadline is set according to the package and the agreed scope.

What is not automatically included

Prices include the analysis and recommendations report, not design from scratch, complete redesign or implementation of changes. User testing with recruited participants, extensive research and analytics tool configuration are quoted separately, if requested. Basic accessibility checks do not constitute a compliance certification.

Traffic or conversion data analysis is only carried out if available and access is authorised. Recommendations do not guarantee a specific number of sales or a percentage increase in conversions.

We document the issues observed in the agreed scope and explain the recommendations so that you can decide what is worth fixing first.

The service is available online throughout Romania and abroad. Collaboration can take place entirely online or by phone. Send the website address, main objective, pages or flows to be analysed and any difficulties reported by customers. Access to private areas is established securely, only if necessary.

Frequently asked questions

Does the audit also include modifying the website?

No. The package includes the analysis and the report. The implementation of recommendations or the redesign are discussed and quoted separately, with no additional work done without agreement.

Do I need to provide administrator access?

For public pages, this is usually not necessary. For accounts, checkout or analytics data, we separately establish the minimum necessary and authorised access. Do not send passwords in the form or in chat.

How is the delivery deadline set?

We confirm the deadline before starting, depending on the number of pages, the flows analysed, complexity and the availability of the required information.

Can I request the audit from another city?

Yes. Collaboration takes place online, for clients in Romania and abroad.

What is the difference between UX, UI and the combined package?

UX tracks the visitor's use and journey; UI tracks the visual interface. The UX/UI package analyses them together for the same pages, in a unified report.
