Overtime and response time
After the hours included in the subscription are used up, additional work is charged at the normal rate for the requested service, communicated and confirmed with the client before execution. The response to the request and, for IT interventions, the scheduling and resolution are usually carried out within a maximum of 48 hours. During periods with high order volumes, this timeframe may be extended; we confirm the estimated time slot with the client. For web development and new projects, the execution timeframe is established separately, depending on requirements.

The Premium package is designed for companies with multiple requests, dependencies between the website and infrastructure, and the need for priority planning. It includes extended capacity and continuous coordination between the Web and IT components.
Consultancy stages can be carried out remotely, and physical interventions are available in Timișoara and Timiș County.
