Choose the date, time slot and IT service for home or office callouts. Booking and resolution are normally completed within a maximum of 48 hours; during busy periods, this timeframe may be extended. We will confirm the estimated time slot with you. For emergency callouts or those outside the 08:00–20:00 hours, a single additional fee of 100 lei/intervention applies. If both situations apply to the same intervention, the fee remains 100 lei and is not cumulative. The cost is confirmed prior to the intervention.
