After the hours included in the subscription are used up, additional work is charged at the normal rate for the requested service, communicated and confirmed with the client before execution. The response to the request and, for IT interventions, the scheduling and resolution are usually carried out within a maximum of 48 hours. During periods with high order volumes, this timeframe may be extended; we confirm the estimated time slot with the client. For web development and new projects, the execution timeframe is established separately, depending on requirements.
