Do I need to already be an iTechServiceTM client?
No. It is not necessary to have previously used iTechServiceTM services to make a referral.
How do I register a referral?
The referral is registered via the form on this page. You fill in your details, the details of the person referred, the requested service, and the necessary consents.
Is the form the only registration method?
Yes. For the referral to be registered through this programme, it must be submitted via the dedicated form on this page.
Can I submit someone's details without their consent?
No. The referred person must have given their consent for their data to be transmitted to iTechServiceTM and to be contacted regarding the requested service.
What details do I need to fill in?
For the referrer, name and phone number are required, while email is optional. For the referred person, name, phone number, and the requested service are required; email and additional details are optional.
What happens after submitting the form?
The referral is registered and verified. iTechServiceTM may clarify the information, then contacts the referred person regarding the requested service if the referral is eligible.
When must the referral be submitted?
The referral must be registered before the service is provided. Referrals submitted after the service has been provided are not eligible for a reward.
What happens if the referred person was already in talks with iTechServiceTM?
The referral may be ineligible if the person had already contacted iTechServiceTM or was already in a commercial process before the referral was registered.
What happens if the same person is referred by multiple people?
The first referral identified and confirmed as eligible takes priority.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes. Each referred person must be registered separately via the form and must have given their consent for data transmission and contact.
Can I refer the same person for multiple services?
If it is the same person, the referral must describe the requested service. The eligibility of a subsequent referral may depend on the existence of an already open commercial process.
How much do I get for a referral?
You receive 10% of the final value paid for the rendered service, if the referral is eligible and the service is fully paid.
How is the 10% reward calculated?
The final amount paid is multiplied by 10%. For example, 1.000 lei means 100 lei, 2.500 lei means 250 lei, and 5.000 lei means 500 lei.
Is 10% calculated from the estimated price or the final price?
The reward is calculated from the final value paid for the rendered service, not from an initial estimate.
What happens if the final price of the service changes?
The final paid value is used. Therefore, the 10% reward is recalculated relative to the final sum paid.
Do I receive the reward if the service is only scheduled or quoted?
No. The reward is conditional upon the rendering and full payment of the service.
Do I receive the reward if the service is cancelled, refunded or not fully paid?
No. The reward is not granted for unrendered, cancelled, refunded services or those not fully paid.
Can the referred person benefit from a discount?
You can inform the referred person that they can benefit from a discount if they are referred by you. The conditions and value of any discount are established by iTechServiceTM and must not be presented as a guaranteed amount in your message.
Where can I find clients?
You can find interested people or businesses on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, OLX, Publi24, Okazii, in local newspapers and publications, through your own business, in delivery activity, among family, friends, neighbours, local businesses, colleagues, partners or through direct discussions.
Can I refer Web services to a person from another county?
Yes. Web services that can be carried out online can be referred to people and businesses throughout Romania.
What on-site IT services can I refer?
You can refer, among others, PC and laptop repairs, Windows installations and reinstalls, software and driver installations, hardware upgrades and replacements, Wi-Fi and network setups, surveillance camera installation and the configuration of smart devices.
In which area are the on-site IT services available?
Physical interventions are available mainly in Timisoara and Timis County.
What services can be referred online?
Services that can be referred online include Web sites, online shops, Web design, SEO, online ads, mobile applications, Web and IT consultancy, maintenance and other projects that can be carried out remotely.
What do I do if I do not know exactly what service the person needs?
Complete the form with the known problem or objective and provide as many details as possible. iTechServiceTM can clarify the need and determine the right service.
Can I use my own phone number in ads?
Yes. The program material recommends using your own phone number in ads and taking over requests, after which the interested person can be registered through the form with their consent.
Can I publish referrals on groups or ad platforms?
Yes, if the platform and group rules allow this. Do not publish a person's personal data without their consent.
Do I have to convince the client to buy the service?
No. Your role is to find the interested person and make the recommendation. iTechServiceTM handles contacting them and the service delivery process.
Can I also recommend companies, not just individuals?
Yes. The programme can be used to recommend individuals or companies that need IT & Web services.
