CPU socket pin straightening and Intel cooler replacement with Arctic cooler

The client initially turned to an unqualified person for a seemingly simple operation: replacing the processor cooler. During this intervention, the contact pins of the processor socket were bent, creating a hardware issue that required careful and precise intervention to fix.
Following the situation that arose, the client subsequently contacted iTechServiceTM to identify and resolve the problem. During the intervention, the processor socket was inspected, and the bent pins were carefully repositioned and straightened so that proper contact could be restored.
After repairing the socket, iTechServiceTM also replaced the small standard cooler with an Arctic cooler, providing a more efficient cooling solution and superior heat dissipation capacity compared to the previously used cooler.
The intervention continued with the proper mounting and securing of the cooler, connecting the fan and checking the components involved. Finally, the assembly, connections, and functioning of the cooling system were checked.
Thus, the issue caused by the intervention carried out by the unqualified person was taken over and remedied by iTechServiceTM, and the work initially requested by the client — replacing the cooler — was properly completed with an Arctic cooler.
