ECAF Business Consulting – presentation website for OHS, fire safety and human resources services

Project Objective
An employer looking for outsourced services must be able to quickly find out what work is useful to them, whether the company serves their locality and how they can request a quote. We built the ECAF presentation around these three questions.
How we organised the services
We separated health and safety at work (SSM), fire prevention and firefighting (PSI) and personnel administration. Thus, a visitor can go directly to risk assessment, fire prevention documentation or information about the REGES-ONLINE employee register.
From information to quote request
The local pages present the areas served in Timiș, Arad, Caraș-Severin and Hunedoara. Frequently asked questions clarify available services, and the form allows describing the company's activity and needs before discussing with the ECAF team.
Desktop and mobile presentation
On desktop, the home page brings together services, answers to questions and access to the quote. On mobile, the compact menu and call and WhatsApp buttons make direct contact possible from the page being viewed. The two recordings show actual navigation on each screen.
From a specific question to the right service
We linked the presentation of services to a blog with explanations for employers. A company preparing to hire a colleague can consult articles about the personnel file, the job description or the difference between the contract and the addendum. For occupational health and safety, the path starts with risk assessment and continues with the prevention plan and the organisation of training. The visitor can thus formulate a specific request before talking to a consultant.
How a company finds information in its area
We have also organised navigation by county. For example, a company from Arad can see what services are presented for its area and can proceed to information about the target localities. On the same page, both the preparation of documents and the planning of travel according to the activity and the work points are explained.
Visual identity and contact
Workplace photographs, yellow accents and distinct sections for each field make the visual connection between pages. We grouped Google reviews, the headquarters map and contact options so that a company can check who provides the services and choose between the form, a call and WhatsApp. The desktop tour shows the transition from local pages to HR services, and in the mobile tour you can follow the navigation to the page dedicated to Arad county.
